Writing for the sake of writing.

I want to write more, for the sake of writing. I assume the more I write the better and faster I will write. It’s not a great assumption, but it’s the lie I will use as motivation. My work requires more writing than you might expect for the field (science), so I hope writing non-science blog posts will help me develop as a science writer.

By starting a blog in 2022, long after the age of blogs ended¹, I may be doing this wrong, but hey, I still use Fortran to code my research, so clearly I have an anachronistic streak.
